Thank you for applying to the 2025 Winter Bazaar, we’re excited to see what you’ve been creating.
The Winter Bazaar is a thoughtfully designed event curated to highlight each individual artist. We love artists that use a process that defines their uniqueness and engages curiosity. This event celebrates the diversity of the Arts in our community where everyone has the opportunity to meet the makers and take in all they create. We love finding gifts that hold something for everyone.
This is a juried event based on design, process, display & friendly community-minded individuals.
A big component of the Winter Bazaar is our marketing. We ask that each artist provides several quality VIDEO CLIPS that we can use in our reels to promote the event, as well as a small bundle of photos in square 1:1 or portrait 4:5 format. Your openness in creating these video clips is vital to promoting the event, as we celebrate each unique artist. We will request a folder of these video clips and photos upon acceptance.
Applications close April 15th.
Vendor’s acceptance emails will be sent by April 30th.
All applicants will receive an email from this address : partypartymakers@gmail.com If you don’t see anything in your inbox by May 7th please email us at the address above.
If you are accepted a $100 deposit will be due by May 15th midnight. Paying your deposit on time will secure your booth. The remaining amount will be due by JULY 31st midnight.
We will need your folder of images and video clips by August 20th.
We respect and acknowledge the sovereignty of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples - Songhees and Esquimalt on whose traditional territories the Makers Party markets take place. As visitors to these lək̓ʷəŋən lands and waters we recognize the authority of lək̓ʷəŋən laws and peoples and do our best to be in good relationship and continuously learn how to be grateful and respectful visitors.
